Can I have an early check-in/late check-out?Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, but we’re happy to offer them when we can! Please reach out closer to your check-in date to inquire, and a member of our team will get back to you in a timely manner!

Are your houses pet-friendly?We love furry friends! However, for the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals trained to perform tasks under the ADA are always welcome.

Can we host our wedding at your property?Due to liability concerns and out of respect for our neighbors, we are unable to accommodate more than the maximum number of guests listed for the property. If your celebration stays within the guest limit, we’d be happy to help coordinate the details—just reach out!

Is the property fully stocked with soap, towels, etc?We’re happy to share that our homes are fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay! You'll find essentials like toilet paper, bath and pool towels, coffee and filters, basic baking staples (like salt and pepper), trash bags, shampoo and conditioner, and laundry detergent—all ready for you to enjoy a hassle-free getaway. Welcome home!

Is there a minimum age to book?Guests must be 25 or older to book. While this is our standard policy, we’ve made limited, discreet exceptions in the past—feel free to reach out if you have questions!

What is your cancellation policy?You may receive a full refund if you cancel: – Within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, or – 30 days or more before your scheduled check-in date. Have questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help when we can. That said, please understand we do rely on this income and appreciate your consideration.

What time is check-in and check-out?Check-in for all properties begins at 4 PM. Check-out times vary by location: – Valhalla Hills and Loch Llyn: Check-out is at 10 AM – All other properties: Check-out is at 11 AM You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions sent to your inbox about 7 days before your arrival, and your unique electronic door code will be sent approximately 6 hours before check-in.
